Servers, design, enterprise platforms, team leadership, product management — most consultants specialize in one layer. I've actually worked in all of them.
Started in the machine room
Before design or code, it was Linux servers and infrastructure — configuring, monitoring, and keeping other people's projects running, in Sofia.
Moved into design, then the enterprise web
Corporate identity and UX-focused web design first — then Adobe Experience Manager work for global platforms after moving to Prague.
Led teams, architected systems at scale
Years as a Digital Team Lead and Solutions Architect, building and mentoring teams and architecting AEM platforms for Škoda Auto.

Understand before building
I won't start designing or coding until I actually understand what you're trying to solve, and why it matters to you.
Say the honest thing
Stakeholder management taught me that clear, direct communication beats comfortable silence — even when it's not what you were hoping to hear.
See it through
I've led teams and mentored developers for years. No handoffs here — the person you talk to on day one is the person who ships it.
Craft over speed
I'd rather take the extra day and get the details right than ship something merely adequate.
